is a Senior Scientist at NESCAUM involved with several aspects of the
regional haze effort, coordination of the Monitoring and Assessment
Committee, and support of the mobile source, public health, and air
toxics programs. Praveen Amar pamar 617-259-2026 Praveen
is the Director of Science and Policy. His mission is to "translate"
the implications of findings of science and developments in technology
into workable and cost-effective policy options for our states. He
serves as staff lead for the Stationary Source Committee. Coralie Cooper ccooper 617-259-2022 Coralie
is Transportation Program Manager at NESCAUM. She serves as staff lead
for the Mobile Source Committee and works on light duty vehicle issues
such as LEV and motor vehicle greenhouse gases. Debbi Edelstein dedelstein 617-259-2080 Debbi
heads both the Northeast Diesel Collaborative, which is a regional
initiative focused on cleaning up emissions from diesel engines, and
the Clean Air Communities program, which works with local groups in New
York City on projects that reduce air pollution or improve energy
efficiency. Kathleen Fahey kfahey 617-259-2013 Kathleen is an Environmental Analyst for the Science and Technology team. She is responsible for chemical transport and emissions modeling, with a focus on criteria pollutants and air toxics. John Graham jgraham 617-259-2023 John is a
Senior Scientist at NESCAUM and manages a number of data analysis projects
involving criteria pollutants, mercury and other air toxics. In addition, John
serves as the bridge between our air quality modeling team and data analysis
team. Gary Kleiman gkleiman 617-259-2027 Gary
is the head of Science and Technology at NESCAUM. His focus is on
building capacity with and developing linkages between a wide variety
of analytical tools. Patrick Kwon pkwon 617-259-2038 Patrick is the Information Technology Manager at NESCAUM. Reneé Landgrebe renee 617-259-2015 Reneé
is the Office Manager and has been with NESCAUM for over 10 years. She
oversees the administrative staff and assists the financial team as
needed. Gail Landry glandry 617-259-2010 Gail
is the Finance Administrator. She works with the Financial Analyst and
Chief of Staff; responsible for processing NESCAUM accounts payable and
receivable, and maintaining personnel, grant and subcontractor records. Michelle Manion mmanion 617-259-2033 Michelle
heads up the Climate and Energy Team, working on applying sound
economic and policy analysis to address global warming and energy
issues, with a focus on renewable energy, distributed generation,
energy efficiency, biomass, and cross-cutting issues of air quality,
sustainability, and economic development. Arthur Marin amarin 617-259-2017 Arthur
is the Executive Director of NESCAUM. Prior to that, he served as
Deputy Director from 1995 through 2004. In his current role, Mr. Marin:
oversees day-to-day operations; coordinates with Board of Directors in
planning the organization's activities; represents the member states in
regional, national and international forums; and maintains liaisons
with federal agencies, other regional organizations, industry and the
environmental community. Paul Miller pmiller 617-259-2016 Paul is the Deputy Director of NESCAUM. He brings to NESCAUM a background in science and law that provides the organization with legal, technical, and policy support for all NESCAUM initiatives. He actively leads or participates in NESCAUM projects involving criteria air pollutants, mercury, wood smoke, and climate change. Debbie Newton dnewton 617-259-2024 Debbie
has been the Financial Analyst at NESCAUM for over 12 years. She
oversees daily accounting and financial needs as well as working
closely with the Comptroller and Chief of Staff to produce monthly
financial reports and year-end audit preparations. Elizabeth Rectanus rectanus 617-259-2034 Elizabeth is the Development Officer. She works with the Executive and Deputy Directors to guide the fundraising and marketing plans for NESCAUM and NESCCAF. In this capacity Elizabeth coordinates with the management and the staff to cultivate and steward donors and promote relationships to advance the organizations’ missions in the government, business, foundation, and academic sectors. Lisa Rector lrector 617-259-2095 Lisa
is a Senior Policy Analyst at NESCAUM who works on both the technical
and policy side of NESCAUM. Focus areas include Title V, NSR, Vapor
Recovery, BART, residential wood burning, biomass emissions, and staff
lead for the Compliance and Enforcement Committee, OWB workgroup, and
Vapor Recovery workgroup. Allison Reilly areilly 617-259-2012 Allison is a Climate and Energy Policy Analyst. She provides analysis, communications, and policy support to NESCAUM's work on The Climate Registry, regional energy efficiency policy, and a variety of other climate initiatives. Wendy Roy wroy 617-259-2030 Wendy
is NESCAUM's Administrative Assistant and assists the staff in all
admin tasks including event planning. She also started NESCAUM's
Healthy and Comfortable Workspaces Initiative. Charla Rudisill crudisill 617-259-2036 Charla
is Chief of Staff and heads the Finance and Administration Team. She
also coordinates the Clean Air Academy training program for state staff. Jason Rudokas jrudokas 617-259-2075 Jason is a Climate Policy Analyst with the Climate and Energy Team. He leads NESCAUM's energy and economic modeling efforts, and contributes to a wide variety of climate and energy policy and technical analyses. Eric Skelton eskelton 617-259-2028 Eric
is a Senior Policy Analyst with NESCAUM's mobile source team. He
reviews legislation and other regulatory initiatives and assists in
development of positions on mobile source related issues. Matt Solomon msolomon 617-259-2029 Matt
is a Mobile Source Analyst, focusing on emissions and energy impacts of
transportation technologies in support of the Mobile Source Committee
and the Northeast Diesel Collaborative. Leah Weiss lweiss 617-259-2094 Leah
is a Senior Policy Advisor. She monitors policy- and regulatory-related
activities, develops NESCAUM recommendations and positions, assists
states in SIP planning, and is staff lead for the Attainment Planning
Committee. Huiyan Yang hyang 617-259-2077 Huiyan is an Environmental Analyst for the Science and Technology team, providing the interface among NESCAUM’s Multi-Pollutant Policy Analysis Framework (MPAF) modeling tools. She also assists with air quality modeling and emissions inventory for criteria and climate-relevant pollutants. |
